Bill is a 1982 Cum Laude graduate of Georgia Southern University where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Technology.
He was elected in 2014 to the Georgia House of Representatives for District 157 which consists of Tattnall, Evans and Wayne Counties. He serves on the following committees: Appropriations, Industry and Labor, Public Safety, State Properties and Energy, Utilities and Communications. Bill is Chairman of Industry & Labor and serves as a Majority Deputy Whip.
For more than 30 years, Bill owned and operated printing companies until 2016. Bill’s real estate business has been serving residential and commercial customers for 15 years.
Bill has served his local community as president of the Glennville Chamber of Commerce, Tattnall Chamber of Commerce, Glennville Rotary Club, and Glennville Merchants and Professionals Association and the Reidsville Airport Authority.
Bill and his wife, Kathy, are members of Glennville First Baptist Church. He is a member of the Gideons, Kairos Prison Ministry and East Georgia Fellowship of Christian Athletes Board.
Bill and Kathy live in Glennville. Kathy is a Registered Nurse working in Labor and Delivery. They have four children and four grand children.
